Following a chequered planning history (2 Planning Application refusals & 1 Planning Appeal refusal) D-10 Architects were appointed and secured a planning consent for two storey front, side and rear extensions to this 1930’s detached house. The tired plant on ‘tudor cladding’ will be replaced with render to reconcile the retained and new structures. The internal layout will be opened up to give views of the garden and additional bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms and dressing rooms will be added.
