After much deliberation, last night (15th December 2016) Croydon Council finally approved the extension and conversion of this detached house into 4No. 2 bed flats and 1No. 1 bed flat. We had previously gained consent to extend the house and the revised scheme will now provide much needed additional residential units and will optimise the use of a previously developed site in a sustainable location.
