D-10 Architects is an RIBA Chartered Practice formed in 2012 by Andrew Day RIBA.

We are based in Guildford and are dedicated to delivering innovative contemporary and traditional residential and commercial architecture of the highest quality throughout Surrey and London.

Each project for us is unique and reflects the varied circumstances and requirements of our clients. In London, we specialise in the high end residential sector and have successfully completed a number of complex projects in Belgravia and Holland Park. We coordinate design and technical input from extensive teams across Europe to realise our client’s requirements. Andrew Day has extensive experience of this sector having completed the refurbishment of a 14,500sqft house in Eaton Square and numerous apartments whilst at his previous practice.

As a small practice we are able to offer a bespoke personal service whilst providing the same level of capability as a larger Architects practice. We have a high level of legislative and technical knowledge as well as specialist expertise in construction procurement and on site contract administration. We ensure that our designs respond to all relevant planning legislation, comply with the building regulations and are both cost effective and buildable.
